Note: This policy only applies to customers who purchase products from the Tezeus official website.

1. Our Shipping Areas

In Europe, we deliver within the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

2. Shipping Cost 

For orders within the scope of our terms, we provide Customs Tax Support, meaning customers will not incur additional customs duties. This policy is effective from the date of the order placement.

In the event of special circumstancesincluding, but not limited to, policy changes or specific tariff itemsresulting in extra costs, we reserve the right to the final interpretation of this clause and will promptly communicate with customers regarding any relevant matters.

Please note that certain regions may incur additional shipping surcharges. For the most accurate calculation, please check the final shipping cost on the Checkout Page based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Times & Order Tracking

You can find the estimated shipping timeframe for your bike in your order details. Once your e-bike has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. We collaborate with leading international logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible.

Delivery timelines vary based on your shipping destination and order specifics. Generally, deliveries are expected within 5-7 business days, with the exception of pre-sale items.

5. Disclaimer

Tezeus is not liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, roadwork, mechanical failures, production delays, or issues with third-party suppliers.

Additionally, periods of high demand, such as new product launches, inventory replenishment, or peak order volumes may lead to extended shipping times. Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page, and we will provide updates via email to keep you informed.

6. Lost Shipment

n the event that your order fails to reach the correctly provided address or is lost during transit, Tezeus reserves an investigation period of up to 30 days. This timeframe may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the shipment.

During this period, we reserve the right to defer decisions regarding full refunds or replacement shipments. We will keep you informed and will provide updates as they become available. Once the investigation is concluded, we will take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
