When you order a Tezeus electric bike, we deliver it directly to your door so that you can ride it immediately.
Important: Please note that this policy only applies to customers who purchase products from the Tezeus official website.

2. Delivery Cost
We currently offer free delivery within the above range.
For orders within the scope of our terms, we provide customs tax payment support, meaning customers will not incur any additional customs taxes. This policy is effective from the date of the order placement. In the event of special circumstances—including, but not limited to, policy changes or special tariff items—resulting in extra costs, we retain the right to interpret this clause and will promptly communicate with customers regarding any relevant matters.
3. What's the delivery time? How Do I Track My Orders?
You can find the estimated shipping time for your bike in the order details. Once your ordered bike has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number. We collaborate with international transportation partners to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery times are customized based on your order details and delivery location. Generally, deliveries are expected within 5-7 business days, excluding pre-sale items.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, traffic delays, road works, mechanical failures, production delays, or issues with third-party suppliers.
