How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Are there other sizes of the C8? Will I fit on the ebike?

Our C8 model is currently only available in one size. The minimum height of the saddle to the ground is 90cm. The recommended rider height is 165-195cm ( 5'5"~6'5"). 

What is the maximum load of the C8?

The maximum load of the C8 is 110 kg.

How do I use the Boost function?

Activation: To activate Boost mode, you must be in mode level 1, 2, or 3. Then press and hold the mode button for 3 seconds.
Duration: Boost mode will remain active for 15 seconds once initiated.
Deactivation: To exit Boost mode before the 15 seconds are up, simply flick the mode button.

What does walking mode mean?

If you need to get off the bike to push it, such as when encountering complex road conditions or going uphill, please hold the mode button on the left of the handlebars (please set the power mode to walking (0) first), the motor will provide the appropriate assistance power to help you pass the current section.

What is the maximum speed of the ebike?

The max speed of the EU version is 25km/h (15mph), and the US version is 32km/h (20mph). The motor assistance will cease once the specified maximum speed is reached. You can break the speed limit by increasing your pedaling frequency. This is allowed by regulations.
How much force can the touch screen withstand? And what is the waterproof level?
Our touchscreen uses Corning Gorilla Glass. The touch screen surface glass has a scratch resistance of Mohs hardness level 6H. The waterproof level is IP65.
What's the working principle of internal gear hub?
Whether it is the original version or the version with an internal gear hub installed, the C8 has 4 power modes. This means that you can control the motor power through the shift button on the left side of the handlebar. In "Power 0" mode, the motor remains inactive, allowing you to ride the C8 like a conventional bicycle. To engage motor assistance, simply press and hold the shift button to access the desired power level. Equipped with an internally geared hub, the C8 operates similarly to a traditional rear derailleur, automatically adjusting its gearing based on your riding speed without requiring any specialized maintenance.
Is it possible to put the C8 on my car?
Yes, the C8 can be used with different types of racks. The C8 weighs between 15 and 18 kg. Please check the maximum weight of the rack you purchase.
Which supplier is the motor from?
The internal mid-motor is self-developed by Tezeus.
Can the C8 offer any assistance when cycling uphill, and if so, what is the steepest slope it can manage?
The C8 can provide effective assistance within a slope of 15%.
Can I shift gears when there is no power?
The internal gear hub is purely mechanical, whether the battery is charged or not does not affect gear changes.
Can I adjust the gear hub manually?
Yes. Please follow the instruction guide to manually adjust the gear hub.

Our C8 model is currently only available in one size. The minimum height of the saddle to the ground is 84cm. The recommended rider height is 150-195cm (4'11"~6'5"). 

What is the maximum load of the Swift?

The maximum load of the Swift is 100 kg. The maximum load of the Swfit rear rack is 25kg.
Which supplier is the motor from?
The hub motor is produced by Shengjie. The rated power is 250W and the max power is 317W.

How do I assemble my C8 after receiving it?

The C8 electric bike is 85% assembled. Here is the detailed assembly video for you. You can also find installation instructions in the attached user manual.

How can I install my C8 accessories?

You can find instructions for your C8 accessories in the installation video.

What is the applicable tire size?

If mudguards are installed, only the original 700*38C can be used. If not, it can be compatible with 40C.

Are the pedals on the Tezeus replaceable?

Yes. Tezeus e-bike uses standard bike pedals which are replaceable.

What is the diameter of the handlebar (for installing the phone holder)?

The diameter of the handlebar ranges from 25.5mm at the screen end to 22.5mm.

Is the handlebar height adjustable? What is the width of the handlebar?

The C8 handlebar height can not be adjusted. The width is 700mm±5mm.

What is the seat tube diameter?

The seat tube diameter is 27.2mm.

What is the maximum load of the rear rack?

The maximum load of the rear rack is 25kg.

What is the belt replacement size?

For the single-speed version, choose the 11M-118T belt size.
For the auto internal 3-speed version, chooese the 11M-115T belt size.

How to bind my Tezeus ebike?

① Bind your Tezeus ebike 
1. Tap the QR code icon (top-right in the app);
2. Scan the code on your ebike's display; 
3. Follow prompts to enroll fingerprint on the fingerprint button.

1. Option 1: Tap the drop-down menu (top-left corner) and select the desired bike.
2. Option 2: Use the "All Bikes" option to view and switch between device.

How to update over the air (OTA)?

There are 2 ways to upgrade firmware.
A. Automatic upgrade through the 4G network.
B. Upgrade via App Bluetooth transmission.

Firmware update failed. What should I do?

When updating the firmware, it failed and shows “Check for new firmware update failed, please try again later.” 
This usually happens when the bike can’t get a stable 4G signal. If the bike is indoors, try taking it outdoors. Once the bike connects to 4G (you’ll see a blue dot next to the 4G signal on the display), you can try the firmware update again.

How to unbind a Tezeus ebike?

① Power on your bike.
② Select the bike you want to unbind, and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on or the bike is connected to 4G (a blue dot appears on the 4G signal on the bike display).
③ Tap the bike icon on the home screen in the App to enter the bike settings page. Then tap Setting → Unbind.

How can I add my friend’s fingerprint to my C8?

Follow these steps to share your C8 and register another fingerprint:
① Create an account – The new user needs to download the Tezeus app and register a new account.
② Share the bike – Open your own Tezeus app → tap Share → enter the user's email → select the sharing period (1 week / 1 month / 1 year / permanent; default is 1 week).
③ Confirm sharing – The user will appear in your Ebike Members list once the sharing is successful.

④ First-time Bluetooth connection for the new user – For the first use, the member must power on the bike via Bluetooth. Ensure their phone’s Bluetooth is on, and it will automatically connect to the bike.
⑤ Register fingerprint – The ebike display will prompt: “Place your finger on the sensor.” The member can register their fingerprint for future use.
Troubleshooting:
If the member cannot turn on the bike via Tezeus app, your phone may still be connected. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and have them try again.
Notes:
① Only the owner can share the bike; shared members cannot share it with others.
② Control rules: The person who powers on the bike has control. Other members cannot operate the bike through the app while it is in use.

How to set the anti-theft alarm?

① You can enable or disable the alarm in the Tezeus App.

② When the alarm is turned on: If the bike is parked or powered off and the alarm is triggered, the bike will emit a warning sound, and you’ll receive notifications from the app. Please make sure your phone has granted notification permissions to the app
③ When the alarm is turned off: If the bike is parked or powered off and the alarm is triggered, there will be no sound and no notifications from the app.

How to bind the app to my Tezeus ebike?

What is the belt maintenance and replacement frequency?

For optimal performance and safety, regularly inspect and maintain the belt. Replace it after 30,000 kilometers of use or every five years.
