I bought the Tezeus C8 (single speed) in July 2025, so I’ve now been riding it for over a year. I’m still 100% convinced that it was the right choice.
The great design combined with the reliable battery makes my daily rides to work, and around the city quick, easy, and hassle-free. The bike has been a fantastic companion for everyday use, and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

I love my Tezeus C8! Not only because it works great and is comfortable to ride, but also because I honestly think it’s by far the most beautiful e-bike out there. I’ve compared a lot of different models, and its incredibly clean and elegant design brings me joy every time I ride it. I actually get asked about it quite often!
Das C8 ist die perfekte Kombination aus Design und Leistung. Ich wohne in einer etwas hügeligeren Gegend, und der Drehmomentsensor regelt die Unterstützung so präzise, dass man Hügel mühelos meistert, ohne ins Schwitzen zu kommen. Der Carbonrahmen schluckt kleine Unebenheiten erstaunlich gut weg. Auch der Support war spitze: Meine Frage zur Feinabstimmung der App wurde innerhalb von zwei Stunden freundlich beantwortet. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Ohne diesem zusätzlichen Akku wollte ich das Fahrrad gleich wieder verkaufen, da die Akkuleistung für meine Nutzung überhaupt nicht aussteichend war. Mit dem zusätzlichen Akku, welches sich leicht zu montieren ist, bin ich mit dem Rad zufrieden🤡
So far, I’m happy with the bike. It was easy to get used to, and the ride has been smooth enough for my commute. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it feels like a good value.
I’ve been using the Swift for a while now, and overall it’s been pretty solid. The ride feels comfortable, and it handles daily trips without much trouble. Nothing overly flashy, but it does what I need it to do.

Anfang 2024 fand ich über crowdfunding das Tezeus C8 - beste Entscheidung ever.👍‼️Ich liebe seine Schlichtheit, super Fahrgefühl - 16 kg.
Kann das Schnucki nur jedem empfehlen. Einziger minus Punkt ist das Abriegeln bei 25 km/h.
Wenn ihr jetzt noch eine wasserfeste Akkuhülle für den Transport am Fahrradträger anbietet wäre das toll.
Mega ist auch dass ihr immer wieder Updates für das Bike macht 👍 weiter so, gruß aus Wien

Hi, in 2023 I bought my first e-bike (weighing 27 kg). I always have to carry it up to my apartment – I underestimated the weight.
At the beginning of 2024, I found the Tezeus C8 through crowdfunding – best decision ever! 👍‼️ I love its simplicity, the great riding experience – and it weighs only 16 kg. I can highly recommend this beauty.
The only downside is the 25 km/h speed limit. It would be great if you offered a waterproof battery cover for transport on a bike rack.

La bicicletta è una novità in assoluto, fa tutto lei e visto il peso notevolmente contenuto per essere una bici con pedalata assistita, puoi utilizzarla come una normale bicicletta gestendo completamente le proprie forze senza alcun problema. Per quanto riguarda la tecnologia che dire, più smart di così non si può.
I tempi di consegna lunghi, è stata ferma a Fiano per 5 giorni. Dal 12 al 14 ogni mattina aspettavo che arrivasse. La bici va bene però manca l'ammortizzatore anteriore e l'assistenza aumatica essendo la tastiera troppo piccola

A lovely bike that lives up to its promises. It required a couple of adjustments to the disc brakes. I can highly recommend it—it feels just like riding a regular bike.
Das hintere Schutzbleche passt nicht, ich musste die Halterungen mit einer Zange aufbrechen, damit sie weiter nach hinten stehen und das Rad sich überhaupt drehen ließ. Da müsst ihr dringend nacharbeiten. Jetzt funktioniert es zwar, man sieht auch die aufgezwickten Halterungen kaum, aber das ist schon ärgerlich bei einem neuen Rad.
Nach ca. 100 km ist die linke Kurbel abgefallen, das Rad lässt sich sehr oft nicht ausschalten, es geht dann nur über die App aus, eigentlich sollte es sich von alleine ausschalten, das funktioniert aber auch nicht immer.
Der Fingerabdrucksensor ist manchmal auch nicht so ganz, wie er sein sollte, ab und an geht das Rad in den Alarm, weil es den Finger nicht erkannt hat. Am nächsten Tag ist dann alles wieder ganz prima und alles funktioniert tadellos, das Fahrrad ist eine kleine Diva. Fährt aber sehr schön, die Reichweite könnte etwas besser sein, die Anzeige schwankt extrem, wenn es Bergaufberg abgeht. Der Akku klappert viel zu sehr, wenn die Straße mal etwas holprig ist, momentan kann ich ihn auch nicht mehr herausnehmen, der Mechanismus funktioniert nicht mehr, vielleicht ist es aber auch nur eine vorübergehende Erscheinung. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Rad zu fahren, wunderschön designed, eine Größe ist vielleicht nicht ganz optimal, würde mir wünschen, dass es das Rad noch etwas größer gibt, bin 188 cm groß, komme schon damit zurecht aber es könnte ein Tick länger sein. Ein passendes, integriertes Schloss wäre noch ganz schön, nur mit dem Alarm möchte ich mich nicht drauf verlassen, das Rad irgendwo hin zu stellen.
Bestellung und Lieferung einfach und unkompliziert. Leider ist der Gepäckträger auch nach drei Wochen immer noch ausstehend. Die Montage war bis auf das hintere Schutzblech sehr einfach. Beim Schutzblech brauchte es etwas Geschick, da die beiden Halterungen rund 5mm zu kurz sind. Deshalb gab es einen Kontakt zwischen Schutzblech und Pneu. Diese konnte gelöst werden, indem das hintere Rad ein paar Millimeter nach vorne geschoben und das Blech noch optimaler montiert wurde.
Das Bike fährt sich super bequem und einfach. Die Bedienung ist einfach und selbsterklärend und sehr praktisch.
I have several e-bike and e-scooter but now the Swift is my favorite one.
At first unfold, it got stuck!! But after a closer look, I saw the zipties inside the hinge opening got loose and was caught in between the halves. After pushing the zipties into the channel, it works fine.
I read the review and was suprised that no one mentioned the 7 speed which works so smooth like a dream.
Now second problem that has to do with my right foot position that caused the arm hit sometime. And since the stock pedals were so hard to fold because the springs are too strong. I replaced them with a better one but the arm hitting with my right heel didn’t go away. So I bought the pedal shaft extensions to solve this.
I also adjusted the front axle which seemed too tight, so a quarter turn back off the locking nuts did the job.
I also wish disconnecting the battery plug could be easier because bending down to press the release tab is not easy. The Swift has no App but that is fine.
I use it in the city but kept going farther and farther because I enjoy the ride so much.
The reflection on the tire sidewall is a nice touch, looking good during the day and serve the purpose at night.
I was thinking of relocating the throttle to the right side just like all if my others. I also reversed the bell mount because I hit the throttle in stead of the bell several tlmes!!
All and all, Swift is the best e-bike in my book.

Die Bedienungsanleitung ist nicht in deutscher Sprache.
Der Fingerabdrucksensor funktioniert nicht immer bzw. oft garnicht.
Das Schutzblech passt nicht richtig.
Ich habe das Theseus C8 jetzt seit einigen Wochen. Es ist ein total tolles Bike. Das Auspacken – „Unboxing“ nennt man das heute – war super. Das Montieren des Hinterradschutzbleches war etwas tricky, aber der Support hat sofort geholfen. Alle meine Fragen an den Support wurden kompetent beantwortet.
Die Beschleunigung durch den automatischen Dreigang-Motor beziehungsweise durch die Zuschaltung des E-Motors ist super. Die Bedienung, die Qualität und die Verarbeitung sind alles ganz toll. Was man wissen muss, das schwer zu finden ist: Man kann über die App auch die Intensität der Zuschaltungsstärke des E-Motors einstellen. Das ist eine ganz wichtige Geschichte, die in den ganzen YouTube-Videos nicht zu sehen ist und aus der Anleitung auch nicht ganz klar hervorgeht. Also wieder ein Feature, das total genial ist und das andere nicht haben, aber man muss es eben wissen.
Also, kurz und knapp zusammengefasst: Ein mega tolles Fahrrad. Ich war ja ganz stolz, dass ich so eins habe – clean, ohne Kabel und Leitungen und sowas. Und dann kommt mein Sohn mit seinem Gravel-Bike, das hat auch schon keine Kabel mehr, elektrische Schaltung und Bremsen, aber das Ding kostet halt 9000 Euro – ist also echt ein Unterschied. Noch mal Fazit: Tolles, tolles Fahrrad, macht ganz viel Spaß und im Vergleich zum !!!!?????, das ich auch habe, ist es deutlich stärker, weil alles abgestimmter und qualitativ hochwertiger ist.

brakes are very smooth.
bike is very light, about 13-14kgs, you can lift with just one hand. quiet, bike, no noise at all.
every detail every spot of the bike, is made with, very good quality and precision. i should have wrote that from the beggining. i think, might be, the best bike in the world at the moment!
Ordered my Tezeus C8 on the 13 July and received it in the UK on 17 July so fast delivery.
It arrived safely and was very easy to assemble with clear instructions.
It looks fantastic and rides just great too. I love the Smart Connect features on the 5 inch screen which is very clear and bright.
The automatic gear shifting is perfect and the power assist modes really encourage you to ride further with very little effort.
Overall I’m very happy and look forward to going out on it all the time.
My husband and I bought the bikes to use while camping. They worked so great! We are 71 and 72 and it allows us to go where we want to and participate with the younger crowd ! Rode to the beach and back on our last camping trip with the whole family!
