When you order a Tezeus electric bike, we deliver it directly to your door so that you can ride it immediately.

2. Delivery Cost 

We currently offer free delivery within the above range.

3. What's the delivery time? How Do I Track My Orders?

You can view the bike's estimated shipping time in the order details. When the bike you ordered leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. We are working with international transportation partners to send your order to you as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery times are tailored to your order details and delivery location. Typically, deliveries are expected within 5-7 business days, excluding pre-sale items.

5. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, traffic delays, road works, mechanical failures, production delays, or issues with third-party suppliers. Additionally, special circumstances like high order volumes, new product launches, or inventory replenishment days may lead to extended shipping times. Any such instances will be clearly noted on the product page, and we will send follow-up reminders via email.
