Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Tezeus service team is committed to providing high-quality and efficient support to ensure a safe and comfortable riding experience. The product warranty complies with the provisions of EU Directive 2019/771. Please refer to the table below for the warranty duration of the relevant parts (non-human factors):

This limited warranty is specifically limited to the replacement of defective frames, defective products or defective parts or accessories and is the only remedy for consumers. Maintenance or replacement within the warranty period will not extend the warranty period. This warranty shall not affect any legal rights of the consumer. This limited warranty does not cover parts or accessories that are normally worn, improperly assembled, improperly followed up, or installed by anyone other than a certified Tezeus bicycle specialist without Tezeus' express instructions. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by accident, misuse, misuse, neglect, corrosion or failure to maintain or service the product in accordance with the written instructions accompanying the product, the Tezeus application or at a specified appropriate time interval. Modification of the framework or component and failure to download and install mobile device application updates will invalidate this warranty.

 

This limited warranty is specifically restricted to the replacement of defective frames, products, or parts/accessories and constitutes the sole remedy available to consumers. Maintenance or replacement within the warranty period will not extend the original warranty period. This warranty does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Parts or accessories subject to normal wear and tear.
  • Improper assembly, incorrect installation, or work performed by anyone other than a certified Tezeus bicycle specialist without Tezeus’ express instructions.
  • Damage or failure caused by accident, misuse, neglect, corrosion, or failure to maintain or service the product in accordance with the written instructions, the Tezeus app, or at specified service intervals.
  • Modifications to the frame or components.
  • Failure to download and install mandatory mobile application updates.
  • Damage, cracks, or structural failures arising from abnormal use, such as stunt riding, extreme riding practices, competitive racing, or any riding styles beyond the intended purpose of the e-bike.

 

2. Warranty Process

Please contact the Tezeus support team at support@tezeus.cn.

We require proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by photo and/or video evidence. For your safety, please discontinue use of the product until the issue has been fully resolved.

Before taking any further action, you must contact the Tezeus support team to understand the warranty process and obtain prior authorization. Any repair attempts carried out by you or a third party without Tezeus’ prior authorization will render this warranty void.
