La verdad que es un problema para mí comprar este tipo de cosas online en empresas que no hay tienda física. He tenido un problema con una batería y lo más fácil ha sido comprar otra. Me ha supuesto 399€. Y con la otra, qué hago? No me la pueden reparar y me sabe mal tanto por el gasto económico como por lo poco práctico. Además tardan mucho en enviarte las cosas. En principio la batería está bien y la bici muy bonita.

Warenlieferung hat lange gedauert. Insgesamt ist die Ware gut angekommen und war gut verpackt. Die Kommunikation könnte besser sein, ein Regelmäßiges Update zum Stand der Dinge wäre wünschenswert.
